Categories of data processed by us and storage duration

When you visit our website, your IP address and the time of your visit are automatically logged. This data is automatically deleted after 2 weeks.

If you fill and submit the provided contact form, in addition to your IP address and the time of submission, we will also process your name, email address, possibly your phone number, and the content of the message. This data is treated by us as strictly confidential, not disclosed to third parties, and deleted after a period of 6 months. The purpose of this processing is solely to allocate and respond to your inquiry and is therefore considered a lawful execution of pre-contractual measures pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Form submission service

For processing contact form submissions, we use Formspark, a service provided by Trampoline Software SRL, Belgium. Formspark acts as our data processor and handles form submissions on our behalf. When you submit a form on our website, the following data is processed by Formspark:

  • Form data you provide (name, email address, phone number, subject, and message)
  • Your IP address
  • Browser type
  • Referring website addresses

Formspark operates from Belgium and stores data in Ireland. Formspark is fully GDPR-compliant and adheres to European data protection regulations. The data is processed based on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Newsletter subscription

If you sign up for our newsletter or early access program through the subscription form on our website, we will collect and process your email address. This data is stored and processed by our email service provider, Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA), which acts as our data processor.

In addition to your email address, usage metrics (such as email open rates and click-through rates) may be collected to improve our communication and services. This processing is based on your explicit consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, which you provide by checking the consent box when signing up.

Your email address and associated metrics are stored only as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you or by contacting us directly. Upon unsubscription, your data will be deleted from our mailing list.

Your rights
